The Realty Association is one of Tennessee's largest single real estate offices, providing support services to around 200 highly trained sales people. Our goal is to offer the finest resources available to the agents who affiliate with us so that they will be able to offer the highest level of professional service to their buyers and sellers.

The Realty Association upholds the highest standards in the real estate industry. The company is a member of seven different local Realtor associations, as well as the Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors. All Realty Association agents are required to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice founded on the principle of providing fair and honest service to all consumers. Agent business practices are monitored at local board levels. Arbitration and disciplinary systems are in place to address complaints from the public or board members. This local oversight keeps agents directly accountable to the individual consumers they serve.
