Perry Hamlett is a native Nashvillian with a long and proud family history in area real estate. He is intimately acquainted with local communities and their patterns of growth and development. Equally at home with commercial and residential real estate transactions, Perry brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his supervisory role as Principal Broker of The Realty Association.

Jim Coffer and partner, Mickey Olsen, started the Re/Max Executive Group in 1987. Jim continued his leadership role with the company when it became independent in 1990, and now serves as its President and Director of Training. His real estate credentials include the CRB (Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute), GRA (Graduate Realty Association), RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist), e-Pro (online real estate specialist), and ITI (Instructor Training Institute). He has also earned GNAR's "Life Member Awards of Excellence," and served several years on TAR's Residential Forms Committee. Prior to entering real estate, Jim ran a dairy farm and taught high-school biology. A former certified flight instructor (CFI), Jim also piloted the local Re/Max hot-air balloon. Jim is married with four grown home-schooled children, and one grand chilid.
