Dear Realty Association family,
Due to new information received today regarding the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) in middle Tennessee, and based on our desire to protect the health and safety of our agents, clients, customers and employees, we are temporarily modifying the way we will be handling paperwork and the staffing at our office. This policy is based on current best-practices regarding social distancing as a prevention strategy for disease transmission.
I also want to reassure you that this is being done strictly as a preventative measure, and that we have had no reports that any of our agents or staff (or family members or close contacts) have contracted the virus at this time.
Beginning on Wednesday, 3/11/2020 we will be staffing our office as follows:

Phones and voicemail messages will be monitored remotely.

Paperwork will be submitted online at trapaperwork@gmail.com, or at the drop-box located at our front desk.

Commission checks will be paid out within 1 business day after receipt of required closing paperwork. We will contact you when your check is ready, and you can pick it up in your office mailbox, or we will be happy to mail it to you if you prefer.

Broker support will be available 24/7 via cell phone, text, email, and transaction desk.

Office access will remain available to agents 24/7. Please exercise recommended health precautions as you would in any shared work environment, or when using any shared equipment.
We recognize that these are extraordinary times that require exceptional measures to deal with a health risk that affects us all. We will be actively reviewing the situation to determine when normal staffing hours will be resumed.
We ask for your understanding as we respond to this unprecedented public health issue.
