A Little Bit About Laletta ...

 

Laletta’s primary goal is to educate her clients so they can best protect their interest whether it be with the sale of their home / property or the purchase of a new home / property while maintaining their peace of mind. Laletta has a straight forward approach when consulting with clients, helping them choose their best purchase or sale options.  She customizes plans to sell or purchase a home or property, and provides innovative solutions for her clients individual needs.
 

In addition to her career in real estate, Laletta is also a licensed insurance agent with 10 years experience with an emphasis in Medicare health plans and employee benefits.

 

She started her real estate career in 2014 as an Affiliated Broker.

 

Laletta has developed the expertise and skills to identify the need, consult, and assist individuals with developing a thorough understanding of how the home buying and selling processes work.  Laletta’s personality and willingness to do what it takes to serve her customer is the secret to her success.  Her passion is educating her buyers and sellers with regards to home buying process, proper contracting to help protect her client during the buying and selling process and various incentive programs.  These programs help to lower the out-of-pocket costs for her clients.  Often times she finds that many of her clients do not realize these home buyer incentive programs exist.  She feels that increased awareness of various resources is vital to helping her clients and community.
